Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using SpendChime ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SpendChime monitors the publicly available pricing pages of third-party software vendors you choose to watch and emails you when it detects a genuine price change, along with an estimated cost impact based on the seat count you provide. We are not affiliated with the vendors we monitor.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices on reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorised means, resell it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. No guarantee of accuracy
We monitor public pricing pages on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that every change is detected, that alerts are timely, or that displayed pricing is accurate or current. Cost-impact figures are estimates only. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or professional advice; always verify pricing with the vendor.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpendChime will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a missed or inaccurate alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
